Flat Rate Shipping (*Some Restrictions May Apply *) for carpet tile orders over $1299.00 includes direct delivery to the customers address for most of the USA. 

Many shipping companies offer various delivery options, including liftgate service, which is used when the destination does not have a loading dock or forklift to move heavy items from the truck to the ground. However, some shipping options may come at an additional cost, such as inside delivery or delivery to a limited access site or construction zone.   Similarly, additional shipping options outside of liftgate service may also require an additional fee. These options may include special handling, white glove service, or delivery to specific rooms or floors.

Biscuit’s Bargains Flat Rate shipping includes one way delivery to the requested address with the options of call before delivery / appointment delivery and a liftgate service.  Biscuit’s Bargains Flat Rate shipping does not include inside delivery, white glove service, guaranteed date delivery or delivery to specific rooms or floors.  These services are available from some carriers at an additional charge and can be added on at the time of purchase or at the time of delivery on a case by case basis.  

Biscuits Bargains Flat Rate shipping also does not apply to any returned items or returned shipments.  All returned items and returned shipments will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Special Order items, wholesale pallets or Truckloads do not qualify for flat rate shipping

*Orders ship out of our warehouse within 2-4 Business Days of completed payment.  Transit time depends on the carrier but is usually within 2-5 business days.

Your carpet tile order will either ship Ground (FedEx) in boxes or by freight carrier on one or more pallets depending on the size of the order.  If Ground shipping (FedEx) is chosen your boxes will arrive at your chosen shipping address just like any other Ground shipment and you do not have to be present or sign for the order. If Your Order Ships via Fedex or UPS ground services you do not need a liftgate.

If your order ships via freight carrier it will be stacked on a pallet, cardboard protection will be placed around the pallet and then all of it would be covered in a protective layer of shrink wrap.  If you have a freight dock or a forklift at your location it is preferred.  If you do not have a freight dock or forklift at your location most carriers can provide a liftgate service to drop the pallet to the ground and can then maneuver your pallet as close as possible to your building although they will not take any tiles inside.  

Once your order ships you will receive an email with either the tracking number or the freight carrier’s information and Bill of Lading number.

Receiving Your Order

1)When you receive your shipment (whether by you or a third party), be sure you verify quantity (is everything there?), inspect for visible damage (if there is, be sure to note the damage on the receiving documents, call 800-826-5805 while the driver is there if at all possible). If in the rare event there is damage, do not refuse the shipment. We can usually replace damaged items quickly if noted on the proof of delivery.

2)Never have your material installed until you have verified your order is correct. There is no recourse once the material has been installed or altered in any way.
